We are sorry, but we do NOT ship outside of the continental USA.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL items regardless of weight and cost. Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days and may take up to 20 days for delivery (but usually within 10). Our items come from our warehouses all across the globe. As a result, multiple items may not arrive at the same time.

All items on checked on location before shipped to ensure their integrity. Damaged items are exchanged only for the same item that you ordered originally, and refunds are handled by the shipping service. No returns unless item is damaged and wished to be exchanged for the same item. To return item, you must return within 30 days of item received and you must request an RMA by contacting us here.

Change/Cancel Order

When you place an order, we jump into action to help ensure your package is delivered within our specified shipping time frames.

If you need to delete an item, reduce a quantity or cancel your order, please act promptly by contacting us.
Please note: We will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order once your order is in fulfillment.

We are unable to add items or increase the quantity of items on an order that has already been submitted. If you would like to add new items to your order or increase the quantity of the items you have purchased please place a new order.

We request that you contact us immediately BEFORE you give us neutral or negative feedback, so that we can perform up your satisfaction.

It is impossible to address issues if we do not know about them!

We accept returned merchandise within 30 days of shipment date with a 20% restocking fee if the item is not damaged or shipped wrong.

You must contact RedHillDeals.Com to inform us that you would like to return an item and obtain a return authorization. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your right to take advantage of our return policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the case that you decided you want something else in exchange after your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

We will refund the return postage charges only if the return is due to our error.

Returned merchandise must be in the original condition. All refunds/exchanges will take place after RedHillDeals.Com has inspected the item(s).

Defective items may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of shipment. Installed/used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective and falls under the warranty period. NO returns may be made on any opened product that has been altered, used or worn after shipment…this includes any disassembly or altering of our products.

Please allow us at least 15 days to receive and process your return. We will always do our utmost to issue your return as soon as possible.

A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. Packages returned without an RMA number will be refused by our receiving department. Under no circumstances are shipping and handling fees refundable.
